My philosophy
Within each of us is an ember of the sacred. Through the threading of its sparks, we are connected to all of creation. Along these threads vibrate wisdom. This wisdom manifests as intuition. Sometimes it takes a catalyst for us to listen and respond to our intuition.
My Training
I am an ordained ministry through Cherry Hill Seminary, a certified spiritual director, and an intuitive healer. I have a master’s degree in Natural Health, spiritual direction certification, medical intuitive training, Usui Reiki Master certification, and life coach certification.
Discover the sacred in the daily has been a lifelong venture that was strengthened when I received an undergraduate degree in religious studies. In the between I have continued to explore and discern how the sacred invites me to show up in relationship. I continue to discover how I am called to this curious, unpredictable, mysterious journey.

My Lived Experience
While training is essential, integrating what I have learned into my lived experience is the foundation of my wisdom sharing. Some of my first memories are of my burgeoning intuitive awareness. I aligned with mysticism druing my time as a Catholic and became a contemplative while working at a Benedictine monastery. I ddpened my contemplative stance while a member of a Buddhist sangha and through the study of Daoism. I obtained my spiritual direction certification through a Pagan seminary.
Many spiritual traditions offer ribbons for me to weave into the path that I follow. I am an eclectic contemplative who lives the Truth manifestig in my daily life. i believe each of us has our own unique path — we have only to listen to sacred guidance.
Connecting to Clients
Each of us connects to the sacred in our own way. As a contemplative, I enter into conscious relationship wiht a seeker. Wihtin this connection is the “third chair” or the sacred. Within this triad relationship, the sacred is the navigator. I create sacred space for the seeker to experience the wisdom of the sacred.

Programs & Individuals Sessions
Individually or in a group, clients see an increast in their intuitive awareness and experience a stronger connection to their sacred. Topics of my programs include intuitive awareness, contemplative living, mindfulness, compassion, and nonviolence.
There is no one-size-fits all when I work with lients Sessions with individuals are tailored to their specific needs and goals.
Confidentiality:
Information shared in sessions are confidential. I do not share information unless I believe that a life is in danger. In addition, in an attempt to gain perspectives and ideas as to how best to help you reach your goals, I meet with other professional spiritual directors for supervision for my sessions with clients. If a session is discussed, it will be for the sole purpose of gaining a new perspective and ideas on how best to help a client in discerning their life path. Please discuss any questions or reservations about the policy in regard to confidentiality with me prior to meeting with me or any time during our time together.
